WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM
US:
We are honest and work hard to
provide you with the best service possible. Our rates are the lowest in town because
our overhead is very low and we know how and where to shop!
Staging &
Decorating: We will work with you to set expectations and develop a
realistic plan and budget. We will make recommendations about what we feel is
appropriate for your home staging or decorating project, and together we can determine
what is needed.
If you are selling, you can either rent home
furnishings from us at a reasonable monthly rate, or we will furnish the home for you for
one flat rate. As a matter of fact, we can furnish a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, empty
home for as little as $3,000.00, and you keep the furnishings and decorating items!
After we have met with
you to discuss your project we will submit our home decorating/home staging plan to you in
writing. Then, once the plan is approved and the contract signed, we will get to work!
For staging and/or complete budget decorating
services, we can usually complete a project within two weeks. We can sometimes have
the home completed within one week, depending on the size of the home and the scope of the
project.
Housekeeping Services: In
addition to home decorating and staging, we provide housekeeping, home monitoring and maintenance services for vacation
rentals and vacation homes. We can also work with you to get your home ready prior to your arrival, inclding grocery shopping, turning on the air conditioning, etc.!
For seasonal rentals, we will make sure your
home is clean and ready for your next tenant. For your own vacation home, leave the
cleaning to us. Don't spend your time cleaning your vacation home before you leave.
We will make sure your home is ready for your next vacation in Lake Havasu.
Our rates are VERY reasonable. Call us for
