The condominium was purchased by the buyer as a rental for family and friends.  All furnishings and decor items were removed from the condo at the close of escrow.  The new owner painted and carpeted the home, then we came in.

A year later the condo was listed for sale.  When the new buyer submitted his offer to purchase the condo, the purchase offer included a request that ALL furnishings and decor be included as part of the sale!  The Seller agreed.
