Furnished and decorated homes sell faster and for more money than empty homes.  Smart home sellers know this.  That's why they call us to have their empty homes furnished and decorated to sell!  Not only that, but in the real estate market today it's nice to have a completely furnished home to use as a rental until that perfect buyer comes along.

While staging a home involves working with the furnishings in a home.  If your home is not furnished, no problem!  We can decorate the entire home for you for a fraction of what you might expect to pay elsewhere.  In fact, we can furnish and decorate and entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home for as little as $3,000.00 (sometimes less), and you keep the furnishings and decor!

Decorating and preparing a home as a seasonal rental or vacation home involves more than just furniture and decorative items.  It also includes making sure that the necessary household items are available for the tenants or for you to use when you visit.

This includes items such as, a coffee maker, a toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, bed sheets, towels, etc.   We will not only help you with your home's decor, but we will be happy to help you make sure that necessary household items are available and in good working order for your tenants.

We know that many people who own seasonal rentals don't live here in Lake Havasu.  We also know that folks with vacation homes often don't have the time, resources, or talent it takes to get their home ready to use - that's where we come in!

We live in Lake Havasu City and have a lot of local resources.  We also don't mind leaving town to purchase the home decorating items we need.  In fact, we do it quite often.  We are here to help you get your home ready to sell, to rent, or to simply enjoy!
