This one bedroom, one bathroom condo was purchased as a vacation rental. The seller's furniture was negotiated outside of escrow by the buyer. When we arrived, most of the basic furniture pieces that were in place but it certainly didn't feel like home.

For furniture pieces, we added a dining table & chairs, a baker's rack, and a chair in the bedroom. We also added a flat screen T.V. in the living room, all window treatments and blinds, a complete kitchen set up (small appliances, pots/pans, dishes, etc.), all linens (pillows, sheet sets, towels, etc.), a second-hand washer & dryer in the garage, rugs, lighting, wall art, all decorative items and even a second-hand bar-b-que..

We had the home ready for move-in within two weeks of starting. The project cost was $2,600.00 for all materials. Winter tenants moved in one week after we finished!
