GUEST HOUSE/GAME ROOM DECORATED
This huge guest house/game room was completely
decorated for the enjoyment of family and friends. The goals was for a comfortable
and kid-friendly environment. This was a new construction project that included our
consultation/selection of paint color, tile, cabinets and fixtures.
We purchased decorative items for this
project over a six month period while it was being built, using the structure's building
plans. With a budget of $12,000.00, we actually spent $10,927.00 on furnishings,
decorative items and new felt/set up of the pool table. The home was ready
for use when construction was completed!
Most of the furnishings and decorative items
were purchased second-hand. The entertainment system items (TV, stereo, speakers,
DVD player) and kitchen cabinets, fixtures and appliances were excluded from our budget.
This is an awesome guest house/game room that is
enjoyed all the time!
