This home was purchased by folks from Minnesota so they could escape the Winter months at home. They also plan on retiring here in the future.

The new owners negotiated with the seller at the time of purchase and were able to buy the home with the basic furniture pieces in place, however all decor was removed by the seller. The new homeowners had liked the Southwest decor they'd seen when the home was for sale, so they contacted us to come in and decorate with a bit of a nod to Southwest style and to set the home up as a vacation rental.

With a budget of $1,000, the home was ready for occupancy within two weeks of starting and just in time for use as a Summer rental.
