A VACATION HOME STAGED TO SELL
The owners of this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom
vacation home enlisted our staging services when they were ready to list the home for
sale. The existing furnishings were more than adequate, but the decor didn't reflect
the home's features.
We came in, removed the clutter and worked with
the existing furnishings by re-arranging and/or removing some of the furniture
pieces. We brought in decorative items to give this wonderful home a bit of style
and that "wow factor". This home was staged for under $600.00 and
completed in 2 days. It sold in two months later with all of the
furnishings. We had loaned the homeowner the decorative items and removed them
before close of escrow.
